"I wrote a post a couple weeks ago About the predator maintenance guy named Brain. I had took it down because he was threatening my housing, and he promised to leave me alone. So I took the post down. It was nice for the last few weeks because he’s left me alone but now he is harassing me again, so I have no problem posting this because I have already moved out of these apartments. If you are a single girl moving in here, please be very careful not to have brain do any of your service request. He will try to play this nice guy act but deep down. He just wants to get into your pants. He tried several times to kiss me. And will bug you nonstop to take you out for drinks. I am also not the only female girls in the gym have said out loud oh there goes the creep! One lady even told me last summer at the pool that he will go into empty apartments and stare at the women as they swim! So please be cause and read all the reviews they are all true!"
"I love it here!!!!! Staff are so wonderful amazing amenities. The Gym rocks!!!"
"Arazo: Poor management, unsafe, too noisy, super smelly hallways. We moved to this place five months ago from the East Coast. The apartment looked new and nice. We rented the largest one-bedroom apartment. The floor plan showed there is storage on the balcony with the door open. However, when we moved in, it was locked, and they told us we cannot use it. The apartment is by the street, so you can hear all the cars and trucks all day, making it impossible to use the balcony or even open the window due to the noise. But this is not the biggest problem. Shortly after we moved in, we realized there are insects inside the apartment and let them know. They sent a person who scattered some powder, which didn't help. We saw the insects in our bed, in our glass of water, and on our furniture (please see attached). We told them this apartment is not livable, and we do not feel safe. They sent the same person, and that person just wiped some places and told us that because of the cool weather, they will go away. Two months passed, and the apartment was full of insects. They were in all of our wooden furniture, between our documents. We told them we would leave. At that time, the manager came to our apartment, saw the insects on our towels and around our apartment, saw how worried we are about our health, but instead, she said, "They don't bite you," "You are keeping the apartment humid." Not only did she fail to take accountability for the substandard living conditions, but she also charged us more than $3000 for breaking the lease. We told her we do not feel safe here, and she said, "This is your decision that you want to leave." This is the worst management that we have ever seen. We threw away many of our belongings to make sure we are not taking any insects with ourselves. We feel so distressed. We should say the office staff and maintenance people were always nice to us, only poor management."
"We moved cross country and are so happy we chose Arazo as our new home. Everything is brand new with all the amenities you could think of. Being new to the area and unaware of how things worked I had to ask for help many time and Camille was always so helpful with me and patient. She went above and beyond to explain how things worked."
"Living in "Arazo" here, I have changed my perception of apartments for the better. It's a new building, so it is clean, there is little noise between floors and the space utilization is very good. In addition, the elevator, entrance/exit safety devices, cameras, etc. are installed, so it is safe and very comfortable to live in. The apartment staffs are friendly, has a high common sense and a great attitude, and deals with all the questions and small details in a timely and professional manner. The managing director has a good heart to keep this community in the best place in town. She truly cares about the building and tenants in the right order. It is a luxury high-level apartment and well worth paying for. I hope that all residents keep a good manner to live comfortably and happily during their stay in The Arazo."
