The Stratford Apartments 13925 Southwest Allen Boulevard, Beaverton, OR 97005

"I been in this apartments for few years, but this apartments needs to have a permanent manager who live hear because most of the people do with ever they wanted and they smoke and park with ever they wanted. it is getting bad with no one who can manage better. leaving in this apartments is become some how insecure when some people on this complex like to insult and start threating other people bad, only because their kids are making noise, playing, running out, this neighbor they had to move out on the middle of the night because they fear for there lives that is unfear. Management is not doing anything to solve the problems. They should evict anyone who cause problems to tenants and revoke their contract. We need a secure place to live."

"I lived in The Stratford for a year and I was sad to go! I loved the layout and amenities of my apartment (2 bedroom/1.5 Bath townhouse) and the community was usually quiet and welcoming. I only have wonderful things to say about the management that I had contact with, namely Karen. She would bend over backwards to try to help out any residents that she could in anyway that she could while keeping the complex in good working order. If I ever go need to go back to renting, The Stratford will be my first phone call."

"I moved into this complex in Nov...I've had nothing but an excellent experience here. I chose this apartment complex to move into due to the outside appearance...lanscape was beautiful and the complex looked nice. It feels amazing to come home and see all the upgrades that is going on in the last few months. I can't say anything negative about the apartment manager and the new maintenance man! Karen is amazing at making sure that everything is taken care of and feeling welcome in the community. Mike does an amazing job at fixing all the repairs that need to be needed. It's nice to have a professional,business and personal friendship with them! Very welcoming! Thank u for all the hard work that y'all do!"

"My fiancé and I moved to these apartments. Decent amount of space. If you need repairs done the maintance guy can’t get a lot done. But the manager Karen seems to keep up with anything we need done and she is super friendly. Never had problems on parking. Just asked where our guests could park if parking was full. Some things are above her but that’s just how it goes any where you live. We moved here after management change and have been happy. It’s a very quiet place to live seems like. Not many kids but lots of friendly dogs."

The living area and the fixtures are great and Irene does a fantastic job of managing all of the details! She was exceptional during the leasing process and any and every concern I've had along the way! She takes care of it all in a professional and timely manner! The place is excellent for the money!"
