"If I could give this apartment complex & management a ZERO I would. A Doctor's note should be absolutely accepted to end a lease. This will be reported to the BBB and to HUD, DHSH departments. This is wrong when a resident has provided a letter from a doctor (PCP) to let a patient out of lease due to anxiety and fear of the property, this is CAUSE for a lease to be terminated with out repercussion. This is ridiculous that this property has slum lords running it. I do NOT recommend renting this property EVER!!! To anyone."
"No on-site management, apts are way over priced for the condition they are in, have 3 washers and dryers for entire complex. Right next to train that runs ALL HOURS day and night. People speed here big time. I do like that people are friendly but also don't bug you. Would be nice if had a real play area for kids seeing as its right on a very busy toad/intersection."
