"Greg Johnson has been great during this process. I would highly recommend him to any and all prospective clients."
"Agents represented both sides of the sale without telling the seller thus manipulating the price in favor of one or the other of their choice. All based on discrimination. I call it an unfair practice, misleading, and a violation of trust."
"Careful working with Gstiles. They ended our lease when it was up and told us multiple times that it was because the owner was no longer working with them. They lied. We ended up having to move in with family because the rental market is very difficult right now. They just reposted the house for rent and are now saying that they felt our family was too large for the house and the owner prefers families with no children. We were never late on rent as we paid the whole year up front, took good care of the place and got back almost our entire deposit. You can do everything right and they’ll turn around and make you leave due to family size even though they knew when we moved in we had two kids and one on the way. Not sure what they thought would happen. Usually the baby comes out after some time. Would not recommend them. **update On June 26th after the response to this review was written by Gstiles my husband and I called to ask what the “much more to this story” was. We were once again told that it was due to our family size. We are a family of 2 adults, 2 toddlers (2 and 3 years old) and one 7 mo old baby. This is a two bedroom home. According to the Oregon fair housing act landlords are asked not to be more restrictive then “2+1” per bedroom. They state that a 5 occupant max is reasonable in a 2 bedroom home. We had our two toddlers in one room and us two adults with the baby in another room. That is completely within reason according to the fair housing act. The fair housing act also states that landlords cannot deny housing (that includes refusing to renew a lease) based on familia status when it complies with fair housing rules. We were then told that this is actually a 1 bedroom home??? Lmao. We lived in it for a year. It definitely has two bedrooms. Furthermore, I have screen shots of gstiles listing the home as a 2 bedroom on craigslist last week and today. Like I said- shady. We’ve contacted Oregon fair housing and they will be looking into this situation."
