"I'm sorry I just changed my mind of this review!. Honestly I've never lived but visited couple of my friends that lived here and they said they had problems with neighbors and among other issues. I don't judge but Management should be more responsible and take care of issues so that way tenants won't move out and have bad reviews."

"I will not recommend this place because the office is very lazy at their jobs cars were being broken into tires of vehicle was being slice, during this summer and they never open the pool till the end of this summer,You get charge for no reason. They try to charge us extra more money for having a company come clean our apartment when we are moving out we had to call corporate and talk to them about him because it’s not on their agreement. After we move out we were told they will send us our bill we waited three month we never got it we call them and ask and they sent us to collection right away When they never told us anything"

"We’ve lived here for a month now and it’s been great. The management is very friendly and the apartments themselves are actually quite nice. We have had a little trouble with the maintenance, but other than that it’s a pretty nice complex."

"Its not to bad. Residents seem to be OK. The managers are not like old ones I hear. Although, we don't like any of the parking lots where it floods. It is so high its like a lake. Maybe up to the knee. Nah. Although the residents with cars that need to park there, dont or cant because they would have to wade through water up to mid-shin. Something needs to be done about the water floods. Drainge. Give the water a way out!"

"Do not waste your time even applying here. Our apartment was infested with rats and cockroaches and they didn’t do anything about it. The manager is absolutely nuts! They’re always changing their policies and will charge you fees that aren’t even relevant to you. They lack organization, they don’t have proper records of what you’ve paid and will try to over charge you. All they want is to take advantage of their residents and take whatever money they can get their hands on. Previous mangers have STOLEN RENT MONEY from the people that live here."
