"Staff here are friendly. Rooms need an upgrade. AC was leaking and mini fridge was loud. Other than that. Free breakfast in the morning. Pool is open from 5am till midnight. 3 mins from Walmart and lots of places to eat around the area"

"We stay here with our kids when visiting family in Salem. Good value, generally clean. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are open 5am to midnight - which allows for finding time without crowds. We used them all at least once daily... Kind of like a bonus spa."

"This is a decent property. The rates are good, everywhere is clean, the staff was hospitable & friendly. Breakfast was good and well-stocked. Our room (a king & sofa bed) was clean and comfortable, but a bit crowded with all the furniture in a smallish room. That said, we stayed just 1 of our two booked nights, for one reason only: The beds are atrociously hard. I mean rock hard, with no give whatsoever. If you like a firm mattress, this is the place for you. If you need a little more plush, check elsewhere. Overall, we're rating it a 4 for the smaller room and Flintstone-style beds. I wouldn't tell someone not to stay, in fact I'd give it high marks, just with a caution about the beds. If they ever get softer options, we'd definitely stay again :-)"

"Great location just off the freeway; easy to get downtown or around town. Welcoming staff and well kept up. My only complaint is that if you get a room with two queen beds, they take up so much space that one side of each bed in my room was blocked by a wall; barely a foot of space to squeeze by."

"The staff is amazing! The continental breakfast was fabulous everyday. We loved our double Queen room. The bathroom was a little odd and I only mentioned it because I had my 94 year old mother with me and she had a struggle in the shower. My advice to people with older folks is to ask for a handicap accessible room. This is not a negative impact on the hotel at all! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return, and also look for Comfort Suites in other areas while traveling."
