"It is a nice campground with many amenities. Maintenance staff showed me to my site and help me back my camper in. Those are the good things. What I didn't like is it is located to major highway that is very hard to merge onto as there is no on ramp and always loud/ busy. Camp parking sites are very small. It is almost impossible to park your camper and a vehicle at your site, so you have to pay an extra ten dollars a week to park at another parking lot. I was in a long term spot but still had to pay six hundred dollars a week. I can stay in high end hotel for that. Main lady at front desk always seemed to have attitude problem and was very rude. Almost every week an email was sent out about campground complaining about something. I will never stay here again and do not recommend you ever come here. Something is wrong with their water. There is some kind of goo that clogged up my filter. My water fossis faucets in my ice maker. Drive another eighteen miles south to albany staff is friendly campground is nice clean water. rent was six fifty a month. Six hundred and fifty a week is ridiculous at premier r v park. I wish I can post a picture of my water filter and ice maker and a goo that was inside of them from this place! Absolutely disgusting."

"It is a very good RV park. It was easy to book a place in their site, I got confirmation email, reminder and all directions. We stayed at the same RV park but in Lincoln City - also a good one. We arrived after the office hours and there is a way to check in even if nobody in the office - they leave an envelope with your last name and all directions and codes inside. The office works till 5pm. There is a small shop in the office building. It was very clean restrooms and showers, and laundry if you need it (laundry machines accept cards, no need to have coins). Showers and restrooms were perfectly clean. We stayed only for 2 nights, but it was a pleasure to stay there. It has very nice territory and even a small trail nearby. Also, it was the only RV park with great reviews and ability to book the place online around Portland. We booked our place 1 hour before arrival and everything was just great. The lady in the office was very nice and welcome. This is a great place to stay."

"This place is an absolute gem!! Beautifully manicured park with lush landscaping and even a hiking trail full of wild blackberries. It’s close to the road but just far enough away to drown out a good 2/3 of the noise. Close enough to town, but just far enough away for those of us that like to keep a distance from the hustle and bustle :-) Staff is super sweet and accommodating. I’ve stayed at A LOT of RV parks and I can truly say this place is top notch!! They even have a pool and hot tub!??!!"

"This is an excellent campground! They are super friendly upon arrival. They offer fresh baked cookies period they also have a cute little camp store and a nice pool. I was very pleased to see that they had a self-service dogwash. It was set up perfectly even offering a great blow dryer. My only complaint was the 1st day. I checked it out and it was super clean, obviously, they clean it daily. Unfortunately, the 2nd day I went back to bathe my dog And someone had used it and didn't bother to pick up their nasty dog hair in the tub! That is not on the campground that is on irresponsible people!"

"We stayed here for a weekend volleyball tournament with our teenager kids. We were more than delighted with our stay. The ladies in the office were so sweet! She wanted to make sure my girls had the warm chocolate chip cookies!! The amenities were clean and accessible late into the evening which was great for us getting done with our tournaments so late. The park was clean, quiet, and the people staying in the park were all so friendly. Highly recommended!!"
