"Management isn’t really available, The app you use to pay online the information to contact her is incorrect and or not filled out Repairs and maintenance is never done reporting it on the app simply auto completes it like it was finished after placing it Ive been warned by many neighbors that Nothing gets done or to be careful asking for help The few times Ive talked to her, she gives off a nice face but seems to just speak sweet nothings about helping or understanding. from at least my experience Overpriced apartments. Only positive is I don’t pay for water and theres dryer and washer"

"The management is never in the office. The only time the parking rule applies to people is if you're white. The head maintenance guy was rude to us every chance he got "when are you able to get the hornets nest down?" He replied back with "when I feel like it." Keep in mind they've been up there for weeks now. It took us MONTHS to get maintenance to our apartment to fix anything to the point we had to fix our own dryer. The maintenance guy and his wife refuse to put parking permits in their vehicles and park wherever they please. Our vehicle was stolen in front of a camera, we asked the office for the video so we could try and recover it and that video never came. We asked if they can fix the dishwasher for over 6 months they refused to. The floors have holes they cover with carpet and call it good. The floor by the front door was bowed and they didn't care. Over all if you're white don't no move here. Another person had his car towed even though he was in his assigned parking space with a permit. Honestly the head maintenance person needs to be let go especially for letting his uncle sleep in a unit while it was being worked on. DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT"

"Worst place I've ever occupied. The trash cans are constantly overflowing and surrounded in trash, regardless of the parking permits there is still never enough parking, the tenants with children don't watch their children so you can expect to wait five or ten minutes for them to get out of your way so you can exit the parking lot, even after they have noticed you. The children who live here play soccer in the parking lot and often have hit people's cars. If you live downstairs people's children will run through your porch area and leave trash there. Glad we pay almost $1000 in rent to live in these trash apartments."

"NEVER AVAILABLE & WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The woman in the office is a complete, bold-faced liar! They say they will be/are in the office when they aren't and will nickel and dime you for everything, even when it is an error in THEIR system and THEIR FAULT!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!"
