"- RENTERS BEWARE - CONSTANT BREAK-INS TO STORAGE AREAS, VEHICLES, PATIOS, MAILBOXES AND AN ABUNDANT AMOUNT OF PORCH PIRATES. -Management is more interested in beautifying the property to hide the dilapidated buildings. -The graffiti is expected but vagrants are bathing from the unlocked water faucets outside and they leave them running. -Outdated windows that are drafty and leak condensation during the cold months. They radiate heat during the summer and you are constantly fighting the mold growth. -Warped and sagging floors downstairs from moisture or water leaking under the building. I have heard from past tenants that there are roaches, fortunately we have yet to see any. Management does spray promptly when notified. -Constant foot traffic and vagrants passing through the breezeway to the bus stop that is directly in front of the units. -Other tenants are constantly using your trash can. It took 4 yrs for management to finally put apt #s on them. You get fined for having contaminants in your recycling whether you put them there or not. -We have access to Willamette Estates facilities next door yet the Jacuzzi Jets have not worked in over a year. I will say the Pool and Jacuzzi are always clean. -Management has also refused to make reasonable accommodations for a newly disabled tenant(Terminal Brain Cancer). They claimed I must pay for their contractor to do the work and then pay to have it all removed when I leave. (On a more personal note, After speaking to management I wanted to cry at their cold-heartedness that was shown to me for asking for a shower hand hold. I guess at that I will mention that they continuously respray their bathtubs and they are quite slippery.) -Maintenance is always prompt and polite. For that I am giving two stars. If you choose to live here best of luck. *If you've read this far I will tell you I am a four-year resident at JFJ Properties and an HONEST Google Review."
