"Management is horrible and rude, don’t expect any assistance from them. The front area is always filled with dog poop and the complex is regularly trashed by people passing through. Home is a place you can relax and enjoy your time but this place is disgusting. Its hard to enjoy your time when your home is falling apart. The walls are thin so hopefully you like hearing your neighbors conversations and not having any privacy."

"I've lived here for a year and haven't had a problem here. New appliances and everything despite all the negative reviews since people aren't happy with anything in thier lives. Nice place to live."

"The place is covered in mold and they have no respect. Maintenance is a grumpy old man who literally cusses people out for kids playing outside and calls tennets liars constantly. Management claims that children aren't allowed to play because they MIGHT damage someone's private property."

"Managers are garbage. My sister lives here unfortunately. The place is moldy and they never seem to fix anything that is hazardous. They have however updated the new fences for certain apartments, my sister's not included, but they also increased her rent for it. Placed new lights in the parking lot. Which is mandatory by state law, but also increased rent to pay for the cost."
