"Way overpriced. Even if you're pricing accordingly to Salem’s current average rates for what you offer on your property for the amount you charge in rent is way to much. Most places have inflated their rates without doing any updates to their properties just because they can. So if you want to charge an arm and a leg, I feel, your property should look to be worth the amount."

"Lived here for a year. Nice, quiet apartments that allow dogs. Affordable and clean. Area is a little sub-standard but that's not the fault if the complex. The management is easy to deal with and available. Parking can be difficult at times."

"When I moved out they charged me $30 for light bulbs half the stuff never work right I had no heat in my room for the whole year I was in there there was shooting across the street it's a mile away from the state prison a mile away from the state mental ward I would not move here but the maintenance is good do women ever open the lady that cleans the apartment when I left the apartment was clean when I moved in and wasn't clean to my standards but she charges 250 just to wipe down something so that's my opinion on Monroe Avenue Apartments in quantum properties are cheaply built I couldn't even run a space heater in my room cuz it would trip the breaker everytime"

"These apartments are extremely clean, new, and spacious. Despite the location, it is quiet and there is little to no issues with crime or weirdos in the complex and the tenants are polite, yet keep to themselves. Parking is also never an issue with two cars. What really makes this place, however, is the manager, Stacy. She is incredibly sweet and very easy to work with. We lived in a one bedroom apartment for about a year and then moved into a two bedroom and she did everything she possibly could to get us the best pricing and best moving experience. This was the best apartment complex we had in Salem and would most definitely recommend."
