"consistent mail theft. can y'all put a camera or get a security guard out there bc at this point it's just ridiculous. (edit to add: i've lived here for two months. the mail has been stolen three times at least since then. someone got a master key and they've literally done nothing about it afaik.) also, nobody responds to maintenance requests. i haven't had blinds on my window since we moved in and they said it'd be fixed within a month. my upstairs neighbor also punched my door when he got angry w me for... telling him to pick his dog poop up. at least the campus is pretty. i do appreciate the amenities. i just don't feel safe."

"Does anyone even work here? If so how incompetent are they? I've left well over 5 voicemails and haven't received a single call. Out of the plethora of times I've tried to reach them across 4+ days my call was picked up just once. I got a viewing appointment made. I arrived for the appointment and there was no one there. Office locked told by maintenance that manger is on lunch. Why was my appointment made for that time when they take lunch that time and I wasn't even late? Since than its 2 days now left multiple voicemails to no avail."

"We have lived here for 4 years and there has been a big difference in management and quality from move in to now. They are quick to address the needs of the tenants and keep a safe environment. We appreciate all that management has done to make a better living area for myself, my husband, and my kids. Not to mention the awesome community “get togethers”. The pool carnival party was a blast for the whole family. Looking forward to more."
