"Unfriendly staff especially the manager at the property she’s never at the office and she’s always taking breaks took a day off to go talk to her yesterday and she wasn’t there office was close !!roaches and bed bugs all over the place and rent keeps on increasing more And more would not recommend to move in here !!"
"This place is trash. I know multiple that live in this dump. Roaches, and rats and the manager doesn't care. I will be reaching out to everyone who posts here to discuss details on legal matters. Willing to help with horrible experences."
"I lived here for 6 months from 2015 to 2016 around the time they upgraded it. The complex was trashy but they did a good job cleaning it up. The pool was nice and the laundry room was huge but kinda spendy. Landlords were nice and I got full refund of my deposit when I moved out."
"Don't ever live here. I have an apartment that is a little over 400 square feet. I moved in with my boyfriend in February of 2015 and it's been a horrible experience. When we first moved in our rent was $675 including my pet rent and utilities, it went up in February to $715 and we got a note on the door a couple weeks ago saying that our rent will be a little under $800 if we choose to sign another 6 month lease. Maintenance is AWFUL, I once waited nearly a month to get a burner fixed on my stove and it still doesn't work right. Currently we've been waiting a week to get our kitchen faucet handle fixed, it's infuriating because we can't properly wash our dishes. During the winter we had a lot of mold in our bedroom that was definitely due to our sliding balcony door seal being screwed up and they tried to blame us and wouldn't even help fix it/offered no help besides the maintenance guy trying to explain to me what condensation was. There are only two dumpsters for the whole complex and they get overflowed every week. There are also many many loud children here that run up and down our staircase, they have little to no supervision, we caught one of them hanging from my car's side mirror one day. Frustrating. If you ever go to the back of the complex, where I live, you can see that they don't care about keeping up appearances with plants or picking up garbage because potential renters will likely not see it I assume. Manager is careless. Old appliances. I'm getting out as soon as I can. This place is awful. Don't live here, it's not worth it. 400 square feet. Loud and obnoxious kids. Awful management and maintenance. Generally horrid. Save yourself."
