"Extremely disappointed!! We spent a lot of money to move here! Electrical problems have been reported several times. We also have unruly people living above us!! I have called the management company and as far as repairs like living room blinds broken. No shower rod that was promised. The dishwasher moves around under counter. No doors put on our washer and dryer area. . New manager is only here on the 1st to collect rent and not here rest of the time! The office phone is not hooked up to leave messages and they just dont care!! My wife is wheelchair bound and the sidewalks are broken and uneven. No areas say for 1 that a wheelchair can even use which is clear at the other end of the complex."

The neighborhood/community atmosphere that Lucinda creates is great! We had a great experience living at Orchardview and were sad when we moved!"

"I have lived here for 6 years. There have been many not so great managers and I have previously been very unhappy with management. It’s been over a year now that we’ve had new management. I really like our manager and our maintenance guy. They work really hard and treat tenants fairly. I’ve had nothing but good experiences since this manager."

"I will say it is a 5 with the new mantince help around here,very fast professional and on time. Sundance is always so helpful and caring to the residents also. He always goes above and beyond to help us all out here at the apartments that I live in. I have lived in orchard view apartments for almost 3 years and he is the best mantince manager we have EVER HAD!!! great job at finding him!!!! We also have a new manager who is sure doing her best to change things around here at the apartments I love where I live."
