"We love living here, We got lucky and have very quiet neighbors but even when I take my dog for a walk the whole "Neighborhood" is pretty quiet. Everyone who lives here is nice or they just keep to themselves. the only Cons are it's on the expensive side I want to continue living here but we need to move into a two bedroom and we can't really afford the two bedroom here. (But I also understand why it's a bit more pricey, they do a lot of free events and they keep the grounds in good shape.)"

"The entire staff is fabulous!!! I recently ordered a bedroom set. Unbeknownst to me, It was delivered by FedEx and just left on the first-floor sidewalk, instead of my third-floor apartment as expected. These packages were several hundred pounds, therefore I was unable to transport them upstairs, given I’m a single person. The leasing agent, Emely, immediately offered to have the maintenance staff come w/ a dolley to deliver the packages to me directly, despite how heavy they were expected to be. About 30 minutes later. My packages arrived. I can’t thank the staff enough for coming to my rescue!! They definitely went above & beyond the call of duty and I’m SO appreciative of them!! I’ve lived at Acero West for approximately 3.5 years! Warmly,"

"After 4 years of residency with Acero West Salem, I continue to be comfortable and impressed. The complex is located in a safe area near a lot of great shops and restaurants. The amenities provided at Acero are unmatched to other complexes. The staff from management to maintenance have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice and understanding. From a regular dudes point of view, it is a great place to reside. Thank you."

"Absolutely amazing apartment living here at Acero! The units are large, with a good layout and thoughtfully designed to feel more like a home than a multi-unit dwelling. The hot tub, pool & gym are awesome. The property is well maintained and clean. The valet trash service & package concierge service are fantastic! But truly what makes this place top notch is the amazing staff. Emily & Brooke in the office are always happy to help with whatever needs or concerns you may have. And Brian is quick to address any maintenance concerns. I’m thankful to be living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality apartment living.
