"Me and my gf got called up on the waiting list after applying 8 months ago. Did the application process and have been waiting for over a month. Have called several times just to continously get the answering machine and never receiving a call back. This place is a joke"

"Management is a joke. They gave my single mother sister with 5 kids a place and even a job but they were only trying to exploit her which was evident when they had no qualms kicking her and her 5 kids out and firing her only a month later. A single mother with 5 kids now homeless and jobless with 14 days to leave. Who does that? I could tell from the beginning something was off, they tried to get her to a real estate license in her name so they could do business under it, very shady people doing shady stuff... no one wants to live where you have swindlers for management... stay away!"

"Great place for a opportunity to get back on your feet! Subsidized rent. Ya some stuff happens that's not 100% kosher. But the management acts fast. Now there is a lot of cameras and they hold people accountable for their actions!! Heck I was homeless with kids before finding this place. Been here two years and very happy!"

"Crappy management bunch of drug addicts lots of cop activity in these apartments. Prostitution happening and management doesnt do nothing about it lots of people breaking into homes destroying property. All they are is money hungry people that want your money. Worst apartments ever do not rent here."
