Overlook Pointe Apartments

"I have lived here for more than 2 years and have seen 4 cars stolen and 5 broken into (3 of those cars were actually physically parked in the complex, the others were cars that were parked in the street because people park horribly with multiple cars and nothing is done about it). Last time a car got stolen, the apartment manager sent out a note saying they are not responsible for the theft in the complex, but yet I have witnessed multiple people who do not live in the complex roaming through the trash/dumping trash and just biking around the complex and they have no concerns. They will increase your rent but won’t take care of any issues you address. So if you want a place you can feel nervous leaving your car alone outside, step in loads of large dog poop (because no one picks up after their dog here and no one cares), and have your rent increase every 5 months, and have a new manager every year, this is the apartment for you."

"We moved my mother into these apartments because they are quiet, spacious, and conveniently near Safeway. Bus route nearby made it so that we had easy access to transport. The managers at Overlook have also been amazing to work with and highly recommend these apartments!"

"Apartments are great in size. Master bedroom are really spacious. Not lived here but I have visited for a tour. Nice neighborhood. Further away from the busy part of commercial Street."

"I moved in because I was told how great management was and was a warming environment when I applied. Then as I came to move in new manager and not friendly or welcoming the slightest. Then I recieved a for cause for one unpaid utility bill, no friendly reminder, no balance due notice just hit with pay up or get out l notice f ou r 50.00. Now I have had my car broke into purse stolen with house key in my purse and of course maintenance is sick and cannot replace lock today. I have had maintence requests for things that were told would be done and still have not. I'm beyond frustrated and have to stick out a year lease here."

"We've been living here since August 2017, and for the most part really like it! The apartment is nice and clean, everything works and when it doesn't, they are REALLY fast at fixing the problem. There's alot of younger kids that play out back by the pool area, and the yard back there is massive. The best part of the apartments is the manager, Kim. She is very detail oriented and sweet. She gets stuff done and holds the residents accountable for their actions. Great location, nice neighbors. What more could you want in apartment living?"
