I'm now looking for another place to live. The price for this apartment I could have a two bedroom apartment for 1100 right down the road and the apartments are way nicer and bigger."

"Not a good place to live!!! I have a one bdrm 500sq apartment. The walls and floors are thin! Also I can reach into my neighbors apartment due to a hold in the floor which was never fixed before I came in. The apartment is not what’s you see online it’s very 80s with 90s appliances and it’s literally falling apart. The utility fee is outrageous, the dog park, laundry room and parking lot is filthy. Don’t move here and get stuck. They raised rent for the apartment I described to 1,020 per month which is what you pay for a one bedroom at fairway(the luxury apartments). You also aren’t allowed to have air conditioners even though they don’t provide any"

"The manager is very nice. Always helps out when you need it. Maintenance is always quick and accurate. Dog park is a awsome perk. The walls are kinda thin so there’s not much privacy. Had an issue with possibly a neighbor smoking but the land lord does her best. Good neighbors. Never gotten broken into. Generally a good place to live for cheap in south salem. I was supposed to have two parking spots but only had. I brought it up to the land lord but it hasn’t been fixed."
