"I have lived here for almost a year and it is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and quiet. I am actually sad I have to go. If I didn’t get a new job in a different location I would still be here. I would recommend this place and I truly enjoyed my time here. The rent is reasonable and property management cares."
"Construction is so poor that you're able to clearly hear what the neighbors all around you are doing. Someone walking above you sounds more like an elephant romping around, using your garbage disposal shuts off all of your outlets even after a "fix," the a/c is put in so poorly that bugs are able to crawl through the cracks in the wall. All of this would be fine if the management ever chose to do something about it but they actively ignore all complaints that aren't immediately putting them at legal risk. Do NOT waste your time or money."
