Cascade Ridge Apartments 701 North 5th Street, Lebanon, OR 97355

"Our apartment wasn’t even ready when we were supposed to move in. Our date was pushed back last minute, when we moved in the microwave had a fist sized dent in it, the closet doors were damaged and there was poorly installed trim, there a were 2 toilet seats that needed to be replaced they had them in the boxes and said we could replace them or wait for maintenance to do it.x When maintenance came to “replace” the closet doors, they left our clothes that were hanging on the floor/ bed. Closer to move out we put in a ticket for a dryer that was squeaking loudly… and in return we got another squeaking dryer. We told the office about kids getting blue dye on the siding of the stairs by our apartment in July or august, it hadn’t been taken care of when we moved out in November… . The kids at the apartments run around yell profanity, make threats, dig in the dumpsters and more ( we couldn’t let our kid play outside because it got too bad). Complained to the office about this and was told I needed to give exact dates times and names , when they were given a time they could go and observe that the children were always out unsupervised we were told that wasn’t sufficient. This place is the worst and getting a hold of corporate is impossible. It just kept getting worse"

"I have been here nearly 4 years and it's hands down the nicest place I have tented. The office staff are absolutely amazing and they are super fast with any maintenance needs. The grounds are kept up well and having Cafe Moo here with coffee and baked good is a plus! Highly recommend."

"Cascade Ridge is a well maintained and well loved community. It is family and dog friendly while still being quiet enough for the young couple or single adult. We lived in a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit and always had amazing service with the management and facilities people. Processes were always simple and quick. The property was clean and I felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot. They do everything in their power to give you back your deposit, going so far as to walk through the unit with you and point out things they would charge for and giving you a chance to do it yourself instead. I highly recommend this company and all of their rental properties. Special shout-out to Hailey who is the rock star at Cascade Ridge and always has a smile on for every resident. note: No air conditioners in most of the units is a bummer, however, they are very open and helpful when it comes to helping you set up your own window unit. Also, water was included in the price of rent which was wonderful! I never felt guilt about taking that extra bath after a long week. :)"

"I have lived in Cascade Ridge for a year and a half, the neighbors are friendly and the staff is professional. The complex is well maintained and monthly activities are planned for the residents. One of my favorite things is the inclusion of a washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher in each unit. I also like the open floor plan of the 2 bedroom unit. The no smoking policy is a huge plus as it keeps the complex clean. The pet policies are also nice. Everybody seems to pick up after their animals, and the number of dog stations is adequate. I feel at home in this pleasant community."
