"These were the nicest apartments I've stayed at in Salem. The staff was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond with any problems."

"Decent apartments. I felt safe, the location was ok. The downside was quite hours were 10pm-10am with kids it’s not possible, no recycling, the visitors parking was always full and you can hear your neighbors both upstairs and downstairs walking around which sounds like they were in your apartment. So the quality of the flooring was not great."

"This is a terrible place to live. They harass you while you're living there for no reasons I paid my rent on time and all they did was harass me and my elderly mother. I even let them keep my deposit my mom got sick and I had to leave the apartment 750 was way enough for whatever I did leave behind actually they owe me some money for the harassment they've given me for no reason this is a terrible place never rent from them again. Now they're charging me $1,100 yeah right I'm suing Cherry Glen Apartments for harassment charges charges that I didn't do I gave a 30-day notice moved out. And the management is extremely rude specially to the elderlies."

"Has some nice features, feels secure. Units are spacious. Cons: - claims to be a no smoke property but I've seen people(tenants) smoke out in the dog yard areas of the apartments at night, and people right outside the front office by car entrance. Also witnessed a worker smoke on-site.The smoke is so strong it comes through the window when opened very unpleasant toxic smell. - parking are too small/narrow. Not enough space to get out of car sometimes and difficult to park. Theres risk of your car being scraped by another car door. Has happened to my vehicle. - only one exit gate. Not able to get out from the gate you come in. Gates takes long to open, it sucks waiting when you have a busy schedule. - Property managers have no on-site phone numbers so you cant get a hold of them after office hours, it's unfortunate, when you have someone parked in your parking space or blocking your parking which impair your ability to park, you would have to wait until office opens."
