"Worst 2 years of my life spent here. people unwelcoming most don't feel well. The rooftop photovolaic system does not benefit tenants. It's sold back to grid. Not disclosed in rental agreement at all. The implied warranty of habitability does not apply here. Expect to be gaslit by landlord and harassed"
"This building is not habitable nor is it structurally stable. The fact the landlord won't lease, only month to month is good sign not to move in toxic building. Pool filled with dirt. Waiting on community garden for months they promised us. Affordable housing not safe for kids pets elderly disabled or anybody. there is NO ZERO NONE HVAC system and indoor ventilation with mold and lead dust and fleas... bad combo. fair housing minimum standards not met. But cheapest rent in city"
