"This place is stunning online and seems like a very vibrant community. I wouldn’t know what it actually is like because whoever they have managing there inquiries isn’t doing a great job. I have inquired via the website to schedule a tour and I haven’t received an email or a call in days. I have also called multiple times to try and speak to someone to try and get a tour scheduled and no answer. I feel I shouldn’t be working this hard to see this community. If they can’t answer a phone or respond via phone or email it tells me a lot on how it is being ran and I plan on staying far away because the red flags are clearly in my face. For the people who are having great experiences that is wonderful but there are some things that need to be looked at. At this time I wouldn’t recommend these apartments base off my first impression right now."
"(edit: 3 months later still no light added, reflective buildings numbers.. or anything to help.. don't expect quick help from this complex if you live there..) Great sign! It's so readable. Thankfully I did not need to exit my car and leave it blocking half the roadway as this sign has absolutely amazing lighting on it as well for the night time, makes everything SO easy to find! Thanks guys!"
"Evergreen Village Apartments are simply amazing! The apartments themselves are very cozy and modern. Tianna and Dakota in the leasing office epitomize exceptional customer service and kindness. They make the experience of living here absolutely awesome and comfortable. I felt immediately at home visiting the complex for the first time. This is, by far, the best apartment I have ever lived in. And, again, the service from Tianna and Dakota is phenomenal. I would recommend Evergreen Village Apartments to anyone and everyone!"
"This place is beautiful I will say and maintenance is awesome and super quick to respond. However they leave the sprinklers on flooding the sidewalks and leaving you soaked and unable to take your dogs out without getting drenched. Our electricity goes out constantly because it wasn’t routed correctly. And there are hidden fees we literally pay the sewer bill for employees who must flush the toilets 100 times a day to jack up the price to $50 a person per month and the few residents who use the common spaces. The rent here is so expensive I don’t understand how they cannot afford to cover those fees."
"There were many great things about living here, but the downside was the exorbitant annual rent increase of 14%+ and ‘utility fees’, and the retention of my entire security deposit for ‘normal cleaning’ procedure, even though I had hired a professional cleaning business to clean when I vacated. Other previous tenants report the same thing happening when they vacated, so it’s standard practice. The management refused to let me be part of the move-out inspection and would not share the findings of the inspection report when I asked and when I shared with them the photos I’d taken on move-out day, they stopped responding to my requests for information. This is a nice place to live, but be prepared for the ‘shared utility’ usage fees each month divided up amongst the entire campus, massive rent increases, and being charged several hundreds of dollars for them to ‘clean’ your already-cleaned unit when you leave, to justify keeping your deposit."
