"Mold infested, dont live here, we are counting down the months until we are out of our 1 yr lease... and im already sick all the time..lived here only 6 months and cant wait to leave! Stinkiest, most disgusting place ive had to be stuck in!"

"So much mold here I’ve lived here for seven years and they have never fully dealt dealt with the mold issue in our apartment. The musty smell is so strong and one of the bedrooms we can’t sleep in there anymore without vomiting. The carpet and walls are always wet! Our clothes that are in our closets have this horrible smell and have to be Re washed monthly. People I know have actually thrown clothing away that I have given him because of the horrible smell. My daughter has to sleep in my room and we both suffer from advanced stage mold sickness. There used to be a lot more negative ratings on the Internet about the mold here but they have somehow been removed. Recently the manager lied and tried to convince his higher ups that we were the cause for the mold issue! I can’t wait till we don’t live here anymore."

"The community manager Alysha was super helpful, sweet and competent! She communicated with my roommates and I thoroughly and was on top of the whole application process. Probably one of my favorite community managers I've ever interacted with! The units are in a quiet neighbor hood area of SE and all of the tenants I've interacted with there are super nice too!"

"I have lived here with my boyfriend for about 4 months now and so far we absolutely love our apartment and living here. We took a risk and signed the lease without viewing the unit first but were pleasantly surprised when we found out they had repainted the unit and installed new carpets before we moved in. The other tenants are mainly older couples and young families, all of whom are very respectful, kind, and quiet. Office staff is nice and approachable, we haven’t yet needed maintenance but I’ve heard great things about the maintenance team. Property is kept clean, location can’t be beat, and the rent is very reasonably priced. The only reason for 4 stars is that the units (windows in particular) are dated, however this month we received notice that they’ll be replacing all the stairs and windows over the course of this year. Once that’s done I’ll consider rating 5 stars, but overall is a very nice place to live and I would recommend it."

"Lived here 2 years, only left because of changing cities. Pros: - Has a clean pool (only available 3 months in summer) - Staff is nice, friendly and helpful (you are awesome, Clay) - Coin-op laundry onsite - Large courtyard - Clean/nice area - Allows cats (possibly dogs now too?) Cons: - Windows are single pane and condensate terribly - Price - No dishwasher Message to staff/owners of this property Summer 2018: UPDATE THE WINDOWS TO MODERN WINDOWS PLEASE...!"
