Also do be sure to document everything upon move in as they will absolutely lie and blame you for everything that was wrong prior to you moving in on your move out inspection. These criminals deserve to rot in hell."

"I have been here 4 months with no working dishwasher on a 6 month lease.. when anything goes wrong good luck . Plenty of drug activities rent goes up and class goes down . It's a stat inside your house kinda place..3 weeks later still broke got told u was playing hard ball for asking. Worst place ever they don't care about people."

"This is my home. Its gossipy and often strange but the rent is good and I person ally like the management. Remember there are over 100 apts and few workers on site. I planted the entire garden this year.i am grateful to have a home. It's my 3rd rental and the best so far in Salem."

"I live here. A lot of the people are friendly and it's also pet friendly. I feel that the mgmt really isn't concerned about the dog poop on the grass inside of the apt parking area. That's also where the children play. Personally I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to make sure that your pet's and children are healthy"

"From the outside it looks like a nice place to live but once you move in you'll realize the WT stands for WHITE TRASH. There is garbage, cigarette butts, AND dog feces everywhere. The last manager seemed to turn things around but up and disappeared like the nine managers before her and I've only lived here three years. No one is ever in the office. Maintenance takes forever. Neighbors are loud and disrespectful and as you can imagine they don't do anything about it. Did I mention the noise or how police are here constantly and cars get broken into?? Speaking of broken lets talk about the laundry rooms I believe they have three on site and ALL but one of them had NO WORKING MACHINES of course the one laundry room that did work was 50 cents more! If it didn't cost so much to move I would have been out of here ages ago. Do yourself a favor and DON'T rent from these people."
