"I really like this property and the maintenance crew is always kind and fixes our problems but the only problem I’ve had with crest properties is that they will not tow cars. I have had someone parked in my assigned spot for over 24 hours and I had management look up their parking permit and they do not live here. They also close on the weekend so I’m just stuck with someone’s car in my spot for 3 days. When you call the tow company they won’t tow unless management calls, and my response from management was “we do not have someone to come to the property and wait for a tow truck”"
