"I have been living here for over a year, and I hope to stay! The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If there are any problems, they send a super friendly maintenance man to fix it at no charge. The apartments are fairly spacious, and new amneties are installed before move in if they are outdated, and new carpets too. I love the location. It's about a 10 minute drive to campus, 15 minutes to downtown, and 5 minutes to 9th street. These apartments are located right beside two bus lines, timber hill shopping center, and a dog park. Also it is pet friendly! I have had a bird and a rat, and I have seen others with cats and dogs. The apartments are also very quiet. They're located in North Corvallis, so you don't get all the crazy college parties. There is a pool, sauna, and rec room. The parking lot is never full, so there's always a place to park, which is awesome. And did I mention they're pretty? They have some cool landscaping. One last thing- they're smoke free. There is a place you can smoke outside on the other side of the street, but because they're smoke-free, they smell nice. I have never had a problem with the apartments smelling like smoke. Overall, I love it here. There's a reason they're rarely vacant. :)"

"Nice people and pet friendly. The only thing I would say is our apartment did have a mold problem on the doors, around the windows and in some parts of the carpet as well as on some belongings we had. Managment was hard to get a hold of at times and never returned calls which was an inonvenient. We did get our full deposit back though so no problems there."

"There a lot of newer apartment complexes in Oregon however mountain view has been one of my favorite apartment complexes to live in. The owner and the maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful. Apartments have plenty of space and storage, vaulted ceilings in the upstairs apartments, and is located very close to the timber Hill shopping center, as well as market of choice, Fred Meyer, and North coop. This place is pet friendly , and that was a huge selling point for me. The the rent is affordable and the apartment a spacious. I will probably renew my lease for the next few years."
