"Allyson who manages multiple properties for circum does not care about the residence. Upon moving in I was having issues with the digital link to sign the lease. I tried several times and it kept bumping me back to the first page which I kept signing over and over. I reached out to Allyson who told Her first of many lies, "By law you have to sign a digital lease, I can't give you a physical one." In my time she has threatened the entire building when she finds dog poop on the stairs or smells weed in the halls but claims security is not their responsibility. Literally dozens of packages stolen, homeless doing drugs on the stairs or sleeping in front of the entry complete silence but don't you dare let the garbage slam after 9pm. These big companies are only after money."

"I am shocked at how well I have been treated by this company so far. Extremely responsive, very nice on the phone and have gone above and beyond the superficial level of their duties as leasing agents, the move in process was one of the best I have had in my life. The apartment I moved into was beautifully cleaned, and for it being so old has been maintained very well. Thank you for treating me like a human being, I hope this continues for the rest of my stay here in Portland."

"I’ve lived in a Circum Pacific Property for approximately 4 months now and have loved every minute of it! The property is clean, quiet, and peaceful. All of my neighbors are incredibly kind and I’ve never had any issues with noise. Catherine has been amazing to work with and responds to my texts/emails quickly. I’d definitely recommend this rental property to others and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The large closet, spacious restroom and natural light are also a huge plus!"

"I've spent the majority of my Portland years living in Circum Pacific buildings. They're older, no frills buildings with great management. They're reasonable priced, clean, and Greg (in The Baker), is always on top of any issues that may arise. If I return (again) to Portland, I will most certainly look at CP Properties first.
