"To be quite honest with you the property itself is cheap. Well worth 1,500 monthly. Everything is out dated and old. No washer/dryer in unit.The materials used to renovate are from the cheapest materials but seem to take your deposit + more. There are neighbors who are loud in the early morning. We had an incident where we had an outraged neighbor come up to us without having a decent conversation. Management did not want to get involved and there were children envolved. Appliances would not work and management would not replace it. We got a bad Deminor from both management and maintenance staff because we would put work order in all the time. We had a horrific experience. We regret moving to fast on the decision to move here in the first place. Everything falls back on cheap investors and management."

"For apartments this is the most homey feeling and dog friendly ever. The grounds are very green and full of trees. The issues with this complex is the investors do not like to due much maintenance."

"This place used to be awesome, then a few months ago they got a new landlord. I would not recommend this place at all now. Tenants are moving out left and right in the middle of the night because this place is awful. Go find somewhere else, trust me this place isn’t worth your time. Rats, homeless, and constant problems with the property and the people they hire to upkeep it."

"I've lived at Tamaryn for a long time, and I would have given it a good rating a few years ago. Now, I'm very dissatisfied with the rent increases in the last few years. My rent at present is $300 a month more than it was two years ago! Part of the increase is that we now have to pay a share of the water and garbage -- approximately $55 a month. The rest of the difference is rent increases, with no increases in value. Also, the tenants are generally noisier now than they were when I first moved in, and almost everyone who has lived next to me smokes. Because smoking isn't allowed in the apartments, they smoke outside and the smoke wafts in to my place. Cats run around even though it's against the rules; the laundry rooms aren't clean. It's not the place it once was."
