"One of the worst complexes I've ever been at. Every week the trash overflows into a giant heap because the complex doesn't purchase enough dumpsters. All of the dumpsters fill up every week. The units are overpriced for how cruddy they are. They smell like cigarettes even though it's a nonsmoking property. Additionally, many repairs need to be made everywhere but nothing is really done. When they do repairs it is not a real repair. For instance, if a counter is scratched they fill in the scratch with black sharpie. There are very few guest spots and people monopolize them. One spot has had the same covered motorcycle in it for months. Throughout the night you may hear an array of things. That includes gun shots, sirens, people yelling at each other, and people reving their engines. Do not live here unless it is your only option."
"Cheap place to live, but you should always try to communicate with Toni, she is awesome!! We have had some issues, but she has fixed them up decently quickly for us. There are some downsides, but a genuine good location and the people in the office are very helpful."
"Lived here for over 3 years. First two were abysmal because of management. Wouldn't process my rent payments. Added fees. Maintenance people Wouldn't actual fix things etc. But about a year ago new management took over! Since then this place has been an amazing place to live. Management committed with us. They actually maintain the complex and Maintenance is quick and efficient. New management has fixed all of our problems in a very short time. Couldn't be happier."
"Lived here for a year across 2021-2022. Pretty disappointing management and general upkeep. The move-in process was frustrating from the get-go since the management abruptly postponed our initial move-in date twice, first a couple weeks back, then another few days, saying our unit was in worse condition than they realized and needed repairs (don't you ever check on the units when vacated?). When we finally moved in, it was clear they still hadn’t brought the place back to decent. Kitchen fan was crumbling out of the ceiling, many of the power outlets didn’t work, blinds were missing from windows, etc. After repeated requests to maintenance, someone would come in and fix some things but leave others half-fixed, like our bathroom fan which runs but the blades scrape against the housing and make an unbearable screeching sound whenever you use it. It has only become more difficult/impossible to get things fixed around here as phone calls, emails, and even face-to-face requests with the property manager just go ignored. My roommate and I just surrendered to the fact that the apartment doesn’t care. Sometimes living here felt like some kind of sick survival challenge: during plumbing maintenance in December and January, twice there were two-week spans in which all water was shut off between 9-5, and the water wasn’t clear when you’d run the faucet at night. Before that, there was a three-week period when I had no electricity in my room before someone could come to fix it. There’s an ant pest problem. Additionally, roofers renovated all the dormers over the entryways, but they didn’t install any flashing or gutters to properly drain runoff and the gutters are clogged everywhere too, thus pools of water form all around the building. Parking lot isn’t leveled correctly on the north side, so it floods from end to end and forms two giant, ankle-deep ponds that ducks like to swim in. Very poor communication from the management overall and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Only received a fraction of our security deposit back for leaving the place in the same condition we found it."
"Moving across the country on short notice for work could have been a disaster, but Kaerena made the process of moving in here incredibly painless and smooth. All the staff have been extremely helpful and responsive to any issues I've had. While I've only been here a month, I look forward to staying for a long time to come. The apartment itself is very nice. It's spacious, clean, and modern. The location also can't be beat. Tons of shops, amenities, and restaurants are within short walking distance, the local MAX station and dozens of bus stops provide easy access to downtown without needing to deal with Portland traffic, and it's removed enough from the hustle and bustle of the more urban areas to have a quiet evening sipping a cool drink on the patio. Out of all the apartments in which I've lived, this one is a highlight."
