"100 % slumlord actions slumlord style my backyard has still been filthy the grounds don't actually get kept up on I have fire hazards in front of my house I have garbage from the previous tenants still I have holes in my wall that they will not fix my outside of my my apartment I literally have a huge crack at the front of my apartment and it is not weatherproof and yet these people will not acknowledge it there is ongoing sewer problems in this apartment complex that they did not tell us prior to us moving in we have human feces rolling on the floor and yet we can't break lease they still haven't given us our lease agreement and we have asked for multipletimes do notrent from here update we used to make it several new maintenance request and yet they don't have them but yet on our end it says it was sent through they still flag out refuse to just send someone out here because they don't believe us that the apartment is"
