"I've known people who have lived here and the sketchy things that go on in these units would absolutely prevent me from recommending it. No visitor parking and unattended young children is also a concern. One ran out in front of my car to cross the street at 10pm with no parent around and looked no older than 7, likely 5-6. It is sad how unsafe it seemed from what I was hearing."
"Litter and garbage never stops, shady unstable workers. This wasn't right I did this out of anger. The staff is amazing with what they have to work with."
"New manager every month or so. Poor lighting outside. Laundry room is disgusting. People litter and won't pick up pet waste. Unattended children destroy paint jobs on cars. Cops here all the time. No visitor parking at all."
