"I always feel safe here. The tenants are respectful and courteous around me. Pamela in the office is always friendly and willing to help with whatever question I have. The grounds are kept very nice too. And also there is ongoing maintenance for the units. I am very happy here and the location is perfect!"

"I just received my new lease information. Even though the rent did go up, I feel it was a very generous. They actually understand that it is important to reward long term tenants. And this place is awesome. Great on site management team as well. maintenance team, with quick response to our needs. A very quiet place to live. I don't hear the neighbors at all. I live in a first floor apartment and the plumbing is so quiet that don't hear the upstairs apartment when they using theirs. Unlike the last place I lived. If you are looking for a great to call, You need to check this place out."

"I needed a place quickly and Pamela went the extra mile for me. She got me a wonderful corner unit on the bottom floor and did everything in less than 2 days. She also stayed late on a Friday to finish up paperwork and get me the keys. I'm so grateful for her efforts."

"I’ve rented all over the west side and this is by far my favorite. I stayed here for a little over 3 years and the only reason I left was because I bought a house. My unit was spacious and in great shape, even for a non-upgraded one. Maintenance is very responsive, the grounds are kept clean and painted, and management is kind. You can tell the property and its tenants are cared for. I always felt like a human in a home, never like a paycheck. The complex is generally quiet and very safe, even late at night. I had some neighbors who regularly parked illegally and blocked my car or occasionally had briefly loud kids, but no place is perfect and they were minor annoyances compared to the peace I felt driving into the complex every time I came home. I’ll look back on my time here fondly."
