"I’m not sure why the reviews aren’t better for this complex! I just moved out and had lived here for a little over a year. I had such an a amazing experience and I loved it. The maintenance workers were really fast at addressing any issues and the quality of service was great, the property managers were super friendly and sweet, and they were generous enough to give me my entire deposit back despite the little bit of wear and tear I brought on my place. There was lots of unassigned parking and the location was also great. I’m sad to be leaving but needed to find a place with more room for my expanding family. If I could have stayed, I would have!"

"I can right an essay on all the reasons why anyone in there right mind would want to avoid this place . Hawthorne Villa is the biggest management nightmare horror story I'm sad to say I've ever come across but if you value your own self respect , privacy and decency to live in a habitable apartment steer clear of here. Management is unprofessional and disrespectful , not to mention the maintenance man they have here is a total creep who is extremely inappropriate and disrespectful aswell. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here especially if you have a family."

"I love my apartment. It is quiet and kid-friendly. Management has been easy to work with and no nonsense. And! They do not tow here which I love. There is TONS of parking. My one bedroom is clean and bright with hardwood floors. The central location is fantastic."

"I've been paying 725 for rent for the last three and a half years. Now all the sudden I owe my apartment $60 because they chose to tell us that we're supposed to be actually paying 730. When going in to talk about the mistake on the paperwork I received. I was greeted kindly by a lady who works in the front and as I started telling her my problems a lady from the back starts hollering that I was wrong. Didn't come out until after I said no that's not correct. Then when I started to explain to her the situation she continued to cut off my sentences and be rude. When I started to get flustered and frustrated she told me that I was being rude and that I needed to leave. Was refusing to give me back my paperwork that they just put on my door. In the last three and a half years I have not once had a complaint by anyone. Now all the sudden there's marks all over our record saying different. This isn't right and this isn't fair. I'm so done living here. These people are awful and money hungry and don't care about anybody but themselves and their paycheck."
