"If you need ANYTHING fixed and you even turn in a maintenance request you pretty much get ignored and if you inquire about it you're told to turn in another request. Our stove and we'll let's be honest pretty much everything needed to be updated or fixed because it's so old it no longer worked we were just ignored. I've never been able to cook a meal since moving in. The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for."

"Don't understand the bad reviews about maintenance and management. Property manager is nice and maintenance crew gets things done fast, with the exception of some slow down because of covid. In the time I've been here, my back yard fence fell due to a storm and they replaced it within 48 hours. My back sliding door busted and they replaced the entire thing. My fridge was having issues and they replaced it with an almost new one. The place is a little bit "get what you pay for" (not fancy) but for the price, I can especially appreciate that they don't act like slum lords, which I've experienced way too many times in budget friendly apartments. Our appliances were brand new when we moved in, and they're not the cheapest model you can get at home depot. Not fancy, but definitely not bottom of the barrel either."

"Broken down and need of major remodeling"

"Manager does not listen to the needs of the renters. This apartment complex also does not have a managing company everything is handled by the manager. This means if you disagree with her you are out of luck. When trying to complain to the owners she will not let you. No parking at all most people have to park on the streets and good luck getting anything fixed if it breaks. Unless this is perfect for your budget stay away from these slums."

"Been here a month. Apartment was run-down, but cleaned up very nicely. Management & maintenance have been responsive to concerns. Don't see much of the neighbors, but they've been perfectly friendly. Good value for the price."
