Woodmont Apartments

"I recently moved to the area and looked at alot of apartments before picking here. For the money this place is pretty good as close to I5 but not crowded or loud. Grocery stores within walking distance and the guy who manages the place actually knows what he's doin. That's a big difference to my last place!"

"Unit 7962 has mold in the bedroom corner, with a hole in the baseboard. Current management was deceitful, and lied about the status, and process of handling the mold in the unit- even the VP of the company was unresponsive in regards to our safety. We hired our own specialist who confirmed mold from taking samples, and detecting it in the air quality. We cooperated, and even slept in the living room for 6 total days, and still they did not resolve the mold issue in the bedroom. Maintenance requests are only done on weekends, so if you have a problem on Monday, it wont be fixed until the following Saturday. Units have POOR insulation (Blazing hot in summer (102 in the house), and freezing cold in winter (38 degrees inside with heaters on)). The worst living experience I've ever been part of."
