"I've been a resident at Bonnie Brae apartments for almost two years and am still here for several good reasons! I was on a waitlist for over six months, and Gene was instrumental in helping me move in when a vacancy became available. He was and is, patient and kind. I work remotely and notice that he is continually working to improve the community and maintain a lovely property for us! Whenever I reach out to Gene for any reason, whether it be a maintenance issue, or a question, he replies quickly and is always ready to help. I have let Gene know of my great appreciation over time and want him to be acknowledged for his hard work and professionalism. Future residents should know how fantastic Gene is as our Property Manager. I have lived in countless apartments from New York to SanFrancisco and am so grateful to have found a clean, organized, and very well-maintained place that feels like home. The location is great and the complex is tucked away in a nice little quiet neighborhood sitting directly across from a beautiful park. Gene, the property manager, is by far the friendliest, most attentive apartment manager that we have ever had. If you are looking for a cozy, reasonably priced apartment in central Beaverton you really can’t go wrong with this place. It is excellently maintained and hassle free. "I lived at Bonnie Brae for 8 months, and had a great experience! My unit was very clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Rent price was very reasonable for the area. Gene, the manager, is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've met! He was always able to answer my questions and help with anything related to the apartment. Unfortunately the covid situation disrupted my plans and I wasn't able to stay, but if you're looking for an apartment in the area, I would highly recommend considering Bonnie Brae!"

"This has been a great place to live for the past 2 years. The park across the street and living on a cul-de-sac make it a quiet neighborhood, but you're never far from any store or service you need. The rent pricing is very accommodating for the area. Gene, the apartment manager has been the most friendliest and helpful I've ever had. He and his maintenance staff handle repairs very timely, and he always gives plenty of notice on maintenance checks, property and unit upgrades well in advance. The only reason I am leaving is needing a larger unit with my significant other and multiple pets, otherwise I'd stay longer.
