"First off do not move here if you help from management. They are here so sporadic that it’s embarrassing. If I could give negative stars I would. My roommates and I have lived here for an unfortunate year and a half and we hate this place more and more each day. There is hardly any units with a laundry room so you’ll be sharing one of two rooms with three washers and three dryers each. They will only give you one set of keys for laundry and the mailbox and you’re told not to make copies of them. The neighbors are rude and peoples cars get the windows smashed consistently. If you’re looking for more then one regular parking spot good luck cause you only get one and nearly everyone here parks illegally and hardly ever gets ticketed. Worst apartments and management I’ve ever felt with. Oh and bel aire before you give the run of the mill response I’ve already emailed and called you."

"Lived here for a year, requested maintenance multiple times and they never showed up, office never had anyone in it to pick up phones, and neighborhood is trash. Everyone is rude and parks illegally in fire zones blocking off parking lots, raised rent $300 without fixing anything!! MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!"

"Same issue. Had an appointment for a showing and no one was there. Stayed for 15 minutes and another group who had a showing arrived to the same problem."

"My friend and I had an appointment with Bel Aire Court Apartments and when we showed up, on time, there was no one here and the office was closed for the day. Extremely unprofessional. They didn't even bother giving us a call to say that they couldn't make it at the appointment time that we had scheduled earlier anymore. Extremely rude! Unbelievable."
