"Your internet connection is so slow that if you download a Metallica mp3 Lars is knocking at your door before it finishes. You don't even break the 1 megabit barrier. A 300 baud modem would be an upgrade. Sending snail mail is faster than email."
"Terrible Place to Rent from If you need access to Wi-Fi They Refuse To fix Issues and They Dont care About the People at ALL !!! Do Not Rent Ever"
"I live in apartments regulated by this management team and was put out of work due to their choices. The Coaxial cable in the wall went bad and as it is done through the attic residents cant fix this. And due to how it's set up comcast cant either without putting a Coaxial cable along the outside of the building, which management here refused even temporarily because it doesnt look good, actively putting me out of work due to a Wired Internet connection being one of the basic requirements to work with Turbotax. On top of this the management team does not accept responsibility for putting me out of work, will not provide higher up communication, will not provide even partial rent compensation even though it is ENTIRELY their fault I can no longer work my job I've been with for 4+ years, and they have been caught lying about maintenance requests/follow through. I don't advise living anywhere where this management team is who you have the pleasure of dealing with as they genuinely do not care about anything accept getting your money at the start of each month."
"Very terrible rental agency the Boones ferry village has bad black mold issues that they make you sign an addendum to releasing any of their obligation to fix it. The fix they suggest? Open windows and run the exhaust fans in dead of winter.... because you know electricity doesn’t cost anything... unwilling to fix things properly. The property manager is a complete witch nice to your face but make any slip up and your the enemy. Was forced into selling my fathers classic car he gave me because they wouldn’t let me park it in my parking space with a car cover over it ( was a convertible and I walked to work so driving it never really happened) car got stolen when I asked to review video without even checking it I was told their was no way the video caught the thieves ( then why have a camera at all?) anyone who is considering this place because it’s cheap be weary and make sure your up to date on your renters law. This lady likes to hand out eviction warnings and written warnings for almost anything literally any other apartments would be better then this place if professionally managed."
"Our apartment manager was lovely. As for her manager Kim, she is cold and heartless. Our power was shut off twice due to two of my husbands checks being delayed. And because of that we're being evicted with no apparent chance of appeal. I just gave birth to my daughter; I'm literally writing this review from my hospital bed. Kim was in no way willing to work with us even after explaining the circumstances such as the delayed checks and having a newborn. In a city where babies have frozen on the street just this year, they show no compassion. They tried to say there are laws in place that make it necessary to proceed with evicting us. This is not the case. I've looked into these "laws" and nothing states that this eviction is necessary by law. It does say that it's recommended for tenants who have had reoccurring problems; our problem happened twice in 6 months and we were two days away from that 6 month mark when our power was shut off a second time; but it does state that management has an option to work with you, and many will, depending on circumstance. I believe having the funds to otherwise pay for our utilities, had our paycheck not been delayed, and the fact that we have a newborn baby is a qualifying circumstance. They do not. My daughters, my husband and I will be left with no where to go. So thank you, J K management, for making my birthing and breast feeding experience as stressful as possible."
