"No photos of anything. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and everything was really clean. Was off the highway a little bit. You can hear some traffic, you have to try to hear the traffic. . I had a fan I bring along with me and blocked out noises."

"Not very child-friendly or vegan-friendly. We stayed here and brought our two children. The beds are waaay to high. We had to maneuver furniture to put against the sides of the bed so our children didn't fall off (which they did a couple times before we moved the furniture). Shower is slippery and not safe for children. Our phone didn't work. Carpet was not vacuumed, we showed up and I found dirt and multiple fake nails on the ground, one my child picked up. Lighting in room is dark. The staff was really kind, we just won't be staying here again due to their not being vegan options in the breakfast area (other than oatmeal) and the beds/shower are way too dangerous for small children. Pool was very cold, my kids didn't want to go in. Staircase in hotel smelled of cigarettes. We stayed here to visit family nearby in a nursing home, so the location was good for us. We will be choosing another hotel in Wilsonville next time. Disappointed."

"A stormy night led me to this place for a multitude of reasons. Travelling with my elderly parents we didn't want to have to venture out to other locations for food given a restaurant was on the premise. I can't rave enough about the food and service. It was phenomenal!! Altogether the staff and rooms were top notch and would highly recommend!!"

"It was a clean, quiet hotel. Like all the Hilton Garden Inns. It looked like it had a wonderful outfit area but it was rainy and cold while we were there. The pool is indoor and they have a hot tub too. The staff was very nice and helpful! You do need to drive to any good restaurants."

Throughout my stay, I encountered a series of issues that have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. First and foremost, my request for extra linen and soap went unfulfilled, despite multiple calls to the front desk. This lack of basic amenities severely impacted my comfort and convenience during my stay. Furthermore, I was faced with a clogged toilet in my room, and despite reporting the issue to the front desk, there was no prompt response or maintenance assistance provided. This not only caused inconvenience but also led to a highly unsanitary situation. To compound my dissatisfaction, my attempts to reach the front desk for assistance were met with no response, despite numerous phone calls and in-person visits to the front desk. This lack of communication and customer service is inexcusable for a reputable establishment like the Hilton. I expected a high level of service and comfort during my stay, but I was met with nothing but frustration and disappointment. This experience has tarnished my perception of the Hilton brand, and I believe it is essential that you address these issues to maintain the reputation that your brand is known for. I kindly request that you investigate these matters thoroughly, take the necessary steps to ensure that such issues do not reoccur, and provide a resolution for the inconveniences I endured during my stay. I eagerly await your response to this complaint and a resolution to these issues.
