"wasn't given a proper keycard until 10pm, they told me to keep my door cracked open instead. The bathroom shower drain doesn't work and water runs all along the floor and soaked many if my things, staff didn't seem to care that it ruined my Stay. Room 138"

"I've been staying here on and off for over 5 years, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. But during a staff shortage on 03/07/24, Gregg, who works in the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate a very busy restaurant/bar, even with multiple guests who were rude and impatient, visiting for a convention, as well as others, being the ONLY person tending bar, placing food orders, and trying to get the video poker games back up and running...and I would just like to say thank you to the staff, for doing everything they could to handle this situation. I will continue to stay here every time I am in town and look forward to seeing their friendly faces."

"Stayed here for nearly 3 weeks for work. It was pleasant enough. Quiet at night. The rooms were clean. Room service didnt make the bed every day but they did it for 3/4 of my stay. Breakfast was consistently pretty good. Over all it was a pleasant experience."
