"Rented apartment sight unseen because of covid. Don’t ever do that !! I noticed a few things that needed work . My stove , torn seal on fridge . Stove doesn’t work unless on high . So I requested maintenance. Maintenance man said it’s fine . It isn’t. So a appliance company came . Said it’s fine . It isn’t . So guess I’m stuck with a 20 yr old stove . Fridge seal was repaired . Fridge is also 20 yrs old . Slider door was trashed , broken seal , 2 hands to open . Front window was replaced also . Kitchen cabinets should be replaced but I didn’t notice how bad it was until I started using kitchen. I doubt the unit was inspected by management before I moved in . If it was inspected, the bar is low . I was told I was lucky to be given a place ! By management! O that I am supposed to tolerate sub standard housing ? Also no playground for kids and a huge construction sight next door, with aloud noise every night that no one seems to know what is . I wouldn’t recommend moving here ."

"I have lived here about 3 years and when moving out I moved early to redo the whole apartment. 13 days of my money I moved to give time to clean take things to the dump and painted ceiling to floor. I spent over $350 getting the unit ready for move out and I’m still being charged quite a bit. I paid $800 deposit and manger said only $600 and did not give me a ledger just said email because it’s busy. Also quality of life is not great because there is constant noise after quiet hours brought to the managers attention that she cannot do much to anything about. Do not move here if you have a family the disorganization is real but if you party all night and don’t care go ahead."

"I have lived here for just over 3 months now, and it's so great how well this place is ran and managed. The management staff has been so accommodating for myself and my recent moving situation, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Yesterday, I was getting home from work around 4:00 or 4:15pm and the Manager (Chris) was outside after work weeding so the sidewalks and area around her office would look better. Chris is such an awesome manager and she shows a very sincere initiative to make this place function well and look great! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an apartment."

"I been living at the orchards for almost 10 years and it’s been a great experience plus there’s a lot of wonderful people here and the first manager I knew she was a sweet heart with me when I was a kid and the one right now she’s really nice and always on top of things she’s great and hard working."
