"What a soulless outfit. They advertise a 1 bedroom for rent that is click bate and doesn't exist. I gave a 30 day notice to move out but then had a stroke and asked for more time and they said it has already been rented out just 10 days into the 30 day notice. No wonder Norris & Stevens has a 1 star rating."

"I lived here for 8 years and they are charging me for painting (nail holes in the wall I guess you are not supposed to hang pictures). A bathroom heater that worked fine and carpets that were at least 8 years old and needed to be replaced. In addition expect to be asked to leave work early at least every other week in the summer because there is always some sort of inspection going on, maintenance, fire alarm, cleaning the dryer vent etc. They can never schedule it for the same day. You are also told regularly that you can't park in your own parking spot because they are doing this and that for maintenance which gets rescheduled frequently at the last minute."

"The grounds are beautiful and peacful. Units are exceptionally well kept. The managment team makes moving in a breeze, and are incredibly friendly and accomodating. Just a short walk from very peacful Eco Park, and very close to shopping and restaurants. My family and I have been very happy here."

"Grounds seem well kept, apartments are well maintained. I only visited for a short time but while I was there I didnt hear any neighbor noise. I was on the third floor so maybe the 2nd floor it would be easier to tell. Overall I would recommend based on face value."

"They made moving in such a welcoming experience. They provide events to help get to know neighbors. The clubhouse is clean and the park is well taken care of. I like living here."
