"Their are 2 sides to every story. Please do not go off someone's negative review. Idk i like my apt especially being able to have my dog.I honestly have had no problems besides a disturbed neighbor. But it's usually a very quite complex. Most are just normal everuday quite families there but the management n owner have gone above and beyond for people there. They hve also worked with domestic violence survivors being actively in involved organizing move dates rent etc for victims to flee. Giving survivors a safe place to call home. It's money making buisness yes but also they don't hve to accept or choose to be involved on move cases such as these. they obviously care! Anyone can come in with money and rent an apt. I dont know but anyone willing to be actively involved in saving lives. Thats commendable. I have only had couple issues maintenance wise it was done promptly even if it was their day off. the sighting was just done paint new lights along with new paint in the parking lot. Recently and New recycling organizers. The Last 2yr due to covid hve put alot of planned projects on hold. So most people are just getting back to their daily grind.u don't hve to take my word for it but I wouldn't take the time to write this Long review if I didn't mean what i said or if it wasn't wasnt true."

"This place is horrible on every level. Owners are monsters. Harrass tenants, tje apartments are dumps & not kept up dispite 35000.00 monthly in rent income!! Owners refuse to improve apartments, laundry units or grounds. Save your hard earned money. You do not want the DRAMA this place dumps on your plate. Very controlling owner who thinks they are dictators!!! You will get way more for your money any where else."
