"Apartments are very outdated. Manager is RUDE and doesn’t get things done. All she does is stand at the apartment enternece and smokes all day long. She complains about everything. Car washing wasn’t an issue until she came around. Very disappointed with the management. New fences were installed and all porches are now opened and you are able to walk through them except for hers. I don’t think it’s fair she’s winged off from a fire hazard violation just because she’s the manager. No more privacy.. apartments need a friendly responsible manager. Someone who doesn’t always stand and smoke."

"These apartments lack remodeling, they lack a new manager if you’re moving here be prepared for the manager just to sit outside the front of the apartment and smoke cigarettes that’s all she does, I was promised stuff would be fixed and never was, super unprofessional and rude I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone unless your willing to live in a falling apart apartments"

"Apartments are really old. Property owner needs to invest money into apartments.... like the roofing and siding. Keeps leaking when it rains and she doesnt care because she doesnt live here, but she can get sued. Garbage place is all trashed. They supposedly installed a camera to see who throws furniture, tv's etc. Away , But people STILL do it anyway and dont get fined. Maintandance guy always takes smoke breaks every 10-15 mins. Property owner Too strict about not leaving stuff out in patios. but doesnt care that the roofs leak. Needs to stop being so cheap and invest in the property."

"I moved in with the promises to fix a lot of necessary repairs only to receive poor workmanship on some repairs and others not even fixed to date. The garbage area and guest parking is deplorable daily, and the parking lot is always filled with rowdy kids recklessly kicking around balls. My sister and dog have been hit numerously by the balls and received no apology or recognition what so ever. The rent prices here are also way too high, and there are many better places to live in Canby. I feel like I am living in a slum."
