"I lived in this apartment complex for almost 4 years and it used to be so quiet, affordable, the neighbors were great, and the management always fixed any issue in the apartment that I had and always were a great help. Once action management took over, it became a total slum. The new manager Brianna absolutely refuses to do her job or even answer the phone, while at the same time brags about how great of a manager she is. They raised the rent and decreased the quality of living, dramatically. Once Brianna and Action Management took over, a ton of shady people moved in, property has been stolen, maintenance is non existent and ALWAYS has an excuse to not do their job. The response is typically "they're super busy, but we will fix it as soon as possible!" but nothing happens. They re-paved the roads, put a couple window seals and sliding glass doors on and basically just called it good. 0/10 would not recommend. You're better off buying a tent and camping out like the rest of Portland residence."

"Lived here for over 7 years and it was great until 2020. After Covid- Action Management from Portland Took over as the Landlord. The place has fallen apart, my motorcycle has been stolen recently from the parking lot and I have been served an eviction notice even though I gave them a check for rent that they did not cash and apparently lost or "did not receive"."
