Summer Creek Apartments

"OMG, here is truly a super noisy construction site. It seems every bit of this complex is getting apart. Every day they are fixing something and it is super noisy. The contractors don't work promptly and it takes days and weeks for them to fix something with their super noisy construction vehicles. I am a tenant here and so happy to run away from this noisy place after some months. During these 3 months there was 3 times fixing the parking lots and we parked on the streets and days after days were noisy that I could not focus on my work. Stay away from here if you want a quiet place to live."

"Great service from staff. Relatively safe and quiet neighborhood next to multiple parks and eating center about a mile away. The apartments themselves are very clean and spacious layouts which make moving in and decorating simple and more enjoyable. And like any complex it can feel like a maze at first figuring out where you are and where to go but once you get the hang of it it’s easy to navigate from A to B."

"We lived at Summer Creek Apartments for 3 years - left in early 2021 for an out-of-state move. Never had a problem. It was a great place to live and management was always on top of things. Maintenance issues were addressed and resolved right away. Rent was fair and management was very generous and accommodating with the impact of the pandemic. If we were ever to move back to the area, we'd definitely consider moving back in."

"I actually had a very good experience living here. I have lived in about 9 different apartments over the years and this is by far the best. Decent location, there is a lake with walking paths and park very close, free garage when I signed up when most places charge a lot, rent was the best in the area and did not increase or increased very minimal to extend, they are remodeling the buildings to look nicer and doing a very good job to keep down noise and construction burdens. Also, the apartment manager is a rock star and goes over the top to fix things when there was any problem. Staff is very nice and prompt to get back to you. Exit fees like carpet cleaning was half of what I paid elsewhere and they are fair and dont nickel and dime your deposit. Neighbors seemed very nice. I would live here again if I was ever in the area again."

"I moved to Summer Creek Apartments in September 2017. The most appealing amenities were no pet rent, garage and parking free of charge, and the square footage. The community is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and staff very helpful and accommodating. I moved into a three bedroom apartment with two roommates, and when one of my roommates had to leave, Summer Creek was more than helpful in making the arrangements for myself and my remaining roommate to move into a two bedroom free of charge. All we had to do was sign a new lease. I filled out a maintenance report for my smoke detector and facilities staff came to fix it the same day. Very prompt and courteous service. Hot tub and weight room are open all year round and club house is always clean and welcoming. Summer Creek Apartments are also located near a community park where you can walk your dog and enjoy the fresh air. Summer Creek Apartments will fulfill your expectations and much more."
