"It's been ok, got us in on short notice. But 1600 for 2 bed 1 bath with one small parking spot simple upgrades from what I can tell, and that's 1600 without any utilities included all still have to be paid separately 1800+. Definitely shop around if you can there are more affordable in the area. They are clean it up but it's still a old apartment building with simple paint. Definitely not worth the money at the moment something I would wait on if it possible. Edit: Paid to break our lease, do not move here. Insane amount of renovation. We moved from out of state and feel taken advantage of. Was never aware of the 4 days of piping of tearing out the walls with my family that stays home, probably expected to use a porta potty. If you walk around you will see one on site in a couple spot. Which leads me to another thing it smells like sewage all the time. To be expected to pay 1700+ is insane. There is literally nothing they advertise here. It is in progress but why should we be paying 1700+ if it wasn't even close. Property manager is nice but very forgetful, even forgot about my walkout inspection which I had to call and remind her, also signing lease papers she was late even messing up on paper work when it came to utilities. Please spend your money else where. The owner doesn't seem trust worthy, even over hearing conversations with contractors on how cheap to get window installed and rebuilding decks and possibly not even being up to code because he wants it rebuilt the old way which is very dated. My past rental History is great with good reviews to all companies, but this company is the first of my rental history to be so low."
