"Lived here for a few years now and this is my second time having a car towed for I guess leaving it in the same spot for 3 days? Picked up same day and had to pay 690$ for a small car"
"Lived there for 5.5 years. Really liked our apartment. But the management is not good. Previous manager was very nice , current manager is very hard to deal with. She will always try to blame everything on you and not interested in fixing any of your issues. Garage door not opening ? Well it’s your fault , because everyone else’s doors are opening and yours is not , so you are doing something wrong. Do you have spiders or ants ? It’s your fault, because no body else got ants or spiders. And by the way , when you move out , don’t bother cleaning your place. You are not getting all of your deposit back. They will find a way to keep some of it (if not everything)"
"My vehicle was towed from the apartment complex because I forgot to display my parking pass on my vehicle. I was forced to pay $390 to get my vehicle back from the towing company. I WAS QUARANTINED FOR 4 DAYS AWAITING COVID RESULTS. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. Management at the apartment complex is currently enforcing and allowing the tow company to tow vehicles, with no notice to the owners, for simply forgetting to display a parking pass. You would think that management would be considerate of people losing jobs, getting reduced hours at work, and having limited access to resources, right? Not here. Managements response: you forgot to display your parking pass so pay and don’t do it again. When discussing waving this policy at least until the end of the year: not possible. Management also reports they get nothing out of the tow company towing vehicles. I’m sure they allow a tow company to profit on their premises with nothing in return. Per Governor Brown, people can’t get removed from their homes and police officers should not fine individuals for having expired tags on their vehicles until the end of the year. This complex, however, finds it just to enforce a policy that makes residents pay hundreds of dollars for a small mistake. I’ve filed complaints with the State of OR as a result. I’ve made multiple complaints of my upstairs neighbors making noise and a woman shouting as if she were experiencing domestic violence. Police responded on multiple occasions. Has management addressed this? Nope. Those individuals still live there. However, don’t you dare park on a visitor parking spot because you’ll get a reminder that you’ll get a fee. They verify this through your license plates but the tow company can’t use license plates to verify if a vehicle belongs to a resident. Coincidence? No. Management cares about $$ here not the well being of its community. Given the money hungry management team I won’t be surprised if they keep all or most of my deposit when I move out even if I leave the apartment looking new."
"B/S deposit refund policy! We lived there for 5 months, left the unit spotless, and then got $700 taken out of our refundable deposit— horrible and sketchy. Also got my car towed because I forgot to put the parking pass up one night. $650 to get my car back the next morning. Manager couldn’t careless. When you move out, take pictures!"
"My friend lives here at the apartments are nice and affordable however they have a deal with tow truck companies who will tow your friends Cars she had three friends cars get towed all of which were in parking spots besides mine. After talking to a legit tow company I found out that what they had done with illegal when they towed my car and they charged me $500"
