"The staff upon arrival was very helpful and kind!! But our room had an ac that didn’t work and the shower was broken as well, room 130…. They also didn’t have signs posting if pool and hot tub were open or what the hours were so we went to the hot tub at 9:45 and at 10 they came out saying we were crazy and it was closed…. There were no towels out there but the gate was open and no cover or anything on hot tub, that’s when we discovered our shower was broken because we needed to warm back up and shower that night…. Didn’t want to bug staff again so just used faucet part of shower. Also breakfast is done by 9:30 and checkout at 11, the cleaning staff knocked quick and came right in before I could get to door at 9:40 to tell them we weren’t out yet. Room was booked in husbands email and name so verification from staff might be tricky."

"Awesome location close to the freeway and shopping. The rooms were very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast as well. The only reason the room didn't get 5 stars is because there is no where to plug in a phone charger by the bed."

"Whra a great place to stay! Upon arrival Cynthia welcomed us with a smile and set up up in a very clean room. She was helpful and attentive to our needs and made sure our room was feather free. The maintenance man, John (I believe) was kind and great to chat with. Upon our departure, John helped up load our vehicle and kindly offered to bring back our luggage cart. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for making our stay excellent!"

"Although the building is old, it is easily accessible from the highway and close to Woodburn Outlets. The staff are friendly. However, the room was not soundproofed well so you could hear people talking in the next room. There is no fan in the bathroom, so there is no ventilation. The breakfast is not filled enough and the waffle pan is so old that the coating has peeled off and sticks to each waffle that is baked and won't come off. They need to change the waffle pan. Why do they make the person behind me think that I did something wrong and the waffle stuck?"

"Very clean and spacious rooms. It looks like they recently renovated the rooms. Nice, comfortable beds. Extra clean bathroom, new carpeting large mini fridge and microwave. Flat screen cable television. Breakfast in the morning. I will definitely stay here again."
